Our Aim

Our aim at Fencestore is to retail at competitive prices while maintaining a high quality for all products produced by some of the UK's and the World's leading manufacturers. Due to the high volumes of product sales at Fencestore, we have to be confident that quality is being maintained throughout our range to keep in line with our customer's expectations. We therefore carefully monitor the performance of each of our manufacturer's and welcome customer feedback - good or bad, to ensure credit is passed on where due or to correct any issues.

In the event of a guarantee query, please email support@fencestore.co.uk while making sure you include the original order or transaction reference, along with a description of the issue and pictorial evidence if possible. Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant product manufacturer, whose responsibility it shall be to assess and process your claim.

Timescales

As a general rule, our manufacturers offer a 12 month parts guarantee with all of their products. If products come with an extended guarantee this is stated on each product page. Where no guarantee statement exists, the 12 month period applies.

In the rare event that a component should fail through workmanship within 12 months of product receipt, please e-mail support@fencestore.co.uk with a description of the issue, with pictures if possible, and we will instruct the product manufacturer at their discretion to arrange for a replacement part to be sent out. It should however be noted that it is the customers sole responsibility to fit any replacements, along with the disposal of the old parts.
