Throughout their lifespan, timber fence panels are battered by wind and rain which often results in the need to replace them prematurely. In order to maximise their longevity, it is important to provide them with the best protection. Our 8ft x 4 x 3in Lightweight Concrete Fence Posts are proven to offer superior protection and support to fence panels than an average timber fence post. Concrete fence posts will not succomb to common problems such as rot, rust and decay.
Removing the need for fixtures and fittings, the posts feature a groove width of 50mm which makes them compatible with the majority of timber fence panels. Manufactured to be as lightweight as possible, you can be sure of relatively simple movement and installation. Why not offer your panels the ultimate protection by matching these posts with our concrete gravel boards?

Forest 6' x 6" Lightweight Concrete Gravel Board (1830mm x 150mm) -£27.49
Exposure to ground contact is one of the main causes of rot and decay in timber fence panels. Our Fence-Plus Lightweight Concrete Gravel Boards are the best way to provide your fence panels with the solid, stable support that they need. Where timber gravel boards soak up moisture, concrete gravel boards block and deflect moisture away from your panels. With a standing height of 150mm, ground moisture will not be a concern.
Our boards are compatible with both 1800mm and 1830mm wide panels thanks to an innovative removable "nib" design. At an incredible 18kg, our concrete gravel boards are surprisingly easy to manoeuvre and install. The boards are designed to be used in conjunction with our concrete fence posts.
Please note - We recommend the use of a recognised mechanical cutting tool if removing the "nibs".

From the forest to the doorstep, we are involved every step of the way to ensure we bring you the best product and service.
We're proud to say that the majority of the timber we use is cut in our very own sawmill from trees grown in the UK.
Not only that, but our range is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and the majority of our products carry the FSC logo - so you know that our timber is ethically sourced from well-managed, sustainable forests that are replanted for future generations.

Well made in Britain
The majority of the timber we use is grown and felled from managed UK forests across Scotland and Wales. After felling, the timber is cut and processed in one of our nearby sawmills and taken to our manufacturing operation in the heart of Britain. It is here our skilled workforce proudly produce the widest range of garden buildings, fencing and structures available in the UK.
All of the products that we sell are dispatched from this site. The final part of their journey is managed by our dedicated delivery department who are responsible for distribution direct to customers' homes by our fleet of vehicles.
