Our Aim

Our aim is to retail competitively priced traditional fencing panels and products manufactured in the UK, along with a supporting range of European (Meadowbrook) planed fencing panels and gates. Due to the volume of products we retail, we have to be confident that quality is being maintained to ensure our customer's expectations are met. We therefore carefully monitor our manufacturer's performance and welcome customer feedback - good or bad, to ensure we pass on credit where due or correct any sub-standard issue.

In the event of a guarantee query, please firstly email customercare@fencestore.co.uk being sure to state your original order or transaction reference, along with a description of the issue and pictorial evidence if possible. Your request will then be forwarded to the manufacturer/importer, whose responsibility it shall be to promptly process your claim.

Timescale

A 12 month parts guarantee is offered upon every product we retail. In the rare event that a product should genuinely fail through workmanship within 12 months of product receipt, we will instruct the manufacturer to arrange for a replacement part to be forwarded (either in component form or full item, as we deem appropriate). It should however be noted that our liability is limited to that of material only, thus it shall be the customers sole responsibility to fit any replacements at their own cost, along with the disposal of the old parts.
