Terms

These terms form the basis of the Anti-Rot Warranty as offered upon the Fencestore (10 Year) or Meadowbrook (15 Year) wooden fencing panel products. This warranty shall ONLY apply to manufactured panels purchased after the 1st May 2009, which displayed the 10 or 15 Year warranty logos as seen above.

*Please note that this warranty only relates to wood rot and decay of the treated panels and framing.

Wood is a natural product, thus this warranty does NOT cover the warping, shrinkage, expansion and splitting of the timber.

The warranty is invalid if:

1) The fence panel has been modified in any way.

2) The fence panel has not been erected to a solid post or is in contact with the ground.

3) The fence panel should not be touching any external wall where moisture can penetrate the timber.

4) The fence panel of a dip-treated format (not pressure treated) has not been DIY re-treated annually.

5) The claimant was not the original purchaser of the fencing.
