Drive-In Post Spikes offer an alternative means of securing your posts into soil, should you not wish to excavate 600mm (2') deep holes as required for the setting and concreting in of the wooden posts we supply. These spikes eliminate the need for digging and concreting. Each Drive-In Post Spike has a strong four fin spike that is designed to be driven into firm ground using the Driving Tool (available on this web site). Simply drive the spike into the ground and secure your wooden post using the bolts provided. Designed to enable quick and easy installation of timber fences, they are manufactured from 2.5mm thick welded mild steel, having been galvanised and powder coated for dual corrosion protection. The twin bolt mechanism provides a secure fit around the wood and allows for easy removal of damaged posts.
